A case of Leiomyosarcoma of the Vulva

Abstract
|

|
a women aged 64 years had a tumor of the vulva. The morphologic picture, featuring a whirling spindle cells arranged in interlasing bundles, confirmed to be a leiomyosarcoma. Wide local excision is sufficient therapy for this uncommon malignancy,
however, clinicalexperience with gmphasis on therapeutic measures are still required.
Following is a report of this case with a brief review of references.
